Dependent Care FSA

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

The Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is a pre-tax benefit that allows you to set aside money from your paycheck to pay for eligible dependent care expenses, such as daycare, preschool, before- or after-school programs, and summer day camps.

This account helps you save on taxes while covering the cost of care for children under age 13 or for a spouse or dependent who is physically or mentally incapable of self-care, allowing you to work or attend school full-time.

Employees must re-enroll each year during the benefit open enrollment period to participate.
