Wellness isn’t a one-time event—it’s a journey. Our program provides no-cost resources, tools, and support to help eligible employees and retirees under age 65 enrolled in the District’s Regence Medical Plan prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional health.

Take an active role in your well-being with no-cost health and wellness programs available to eligible employees and retirees under age 65 enrolled in the Regence Wellness Plan. From fitness and nutrition to mental health support, these expert-led opportunities provide practical tools to help you feel strong, balanced, and supported.

Closed captioning and transcripts are available by request for all Boise School District online-based wellness programs and campaigns through Saint Alphonsus Corporate Health & Well-Being—helping ensure every participant can engage with confidence.
